DRAMA 2-6, THEATRE STUDIES 7-8
Drama 2-8 focuses on performance, theatre production, audition skills/career readiness, playwriting, constructive criticism, and theatre history.
Difficulty of assignments will be based on Drama class level. Higher level Drama students will have more challenging assignments.
Drama 2-8 is a Career in Technical Education (CTE) course, which means the class is designed to prepare students for a job as an actor in the theatre industry.
TECHNICAL THEATRE & PRODUCTION 1
Technical Theatre & Production 1 is a hands-on class that covers building, painting, using tools, focusing lights, operating follow spots, basic sewing skills, jobs in the theatre, design, and learning how theatre productions are run.
Technical Theatre & Production 1 is a Career in Technical Education (CTE) course, which means the class is designed to prepare students for a job in the technical theatre and production industry.
TECHNICAL THEATRE & PRODUCTION 2-4
Technical Theatre & Production 2-4 focuses on design, technical theatre, and production. Students will deepen their understanding of concepts learned in Technical Theatre & Production 1.
